Mi-el Skincare does not accept any refunds or returns due to the nature of the product.
Upon purchase customers will not be eligible for a return or refund.
To protect our customer's safety, if your product has been opened we are not able to accept the return.
All refund requests must be made within 30 days of placing your order.
If your product arrives damaged please email hello@mi-elskincare.com
You must include an image of the damaged product.
We require you to send your parcel using a tracked and insured service to ensure this reaches us safely (please note, Mi-el Skincare cannot accept liability for any items lost during their return, by using a tracked service this should be insured with your courier, but please check!).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In addition, all returns are subjected to a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from the amount refunded to you
Mi-el Skincare is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred upon a customer purchasing.
Customers are responsible for paying any duties or taxes associated with their orders.
If a customer refuses to pay duties and their parcel is returned, the cost of duties will be deducted from your refund.
